I read somewhere an interesting exercise that will challenge us both mentally and physically. Yet, is quite simple to perform. Simply stand in the horse stance position, close your eyes, focus on one thought and one thought only (if you mind wanders, don't worry, it's natural. Just bring it back). The material says to do this 30-45 mins. at a time. Personally, I would say, if this is your first time doing this, start at 10 mins. and stick with that for 3-5 days. Then, move up gradually. 10 mins. goes up to 15-20 mins. for 3-5 days. 20-30 mins. for 3-5 days. And then I would say do 45 mins. for 3-5 days. Finally, go for one hour at a time, every time. Great for balance and concentration.
