Setting up the microcosm

The Force showed me this through my perception.
I discovered in my meditations that my upper body vibrates better with the light energy and the lower with the dark energy. So I imagined the light coming in from the top of my head (crown chakra) and the darkness from my feet. They usually meet and the zone of meeting becomes grey and blurred, though they don't mix entirely, kind of like in the yin-yang symbol.
The element air, like the cool air of Hoth, resides in my head, as it needs cooling all the time, I tend to be too rash sometimes . In my heart is fire, the burning lava of planet Mustafar. In my guts is the element earth, and in my kidney and bladder is water. This came instinctually, though I think it corresponds with my cosmic wiew, that darkness represents the earth/lower plane, which has water and earth (soil) on it, and the light the sky/celestial plane with the air (atmoshpere) and fire (Sun, lightning).
What do you think of this division? How about your inner cosmos, do you prefer to be shrouded in darkness, or something completely different?

These are interesting observations. It is common for the lower parts of the body (chakras) be associated with more Dark energies and the upper chakras (upper body) Light.

For me, energy often circulates. Usually it flows from the earth into my feet and up my legs and back. It goes up through my chest and out the top of my head and then circulates back down to the earth again. Other times, the flow reverses.

There are some classical ideas about the various types of energy flow in systems such as gigong and tantra/kundalini, etc. I think it is good to develop ones own individual patterns. Do what works for you. Whatever makes the flow and amps the power.

I have recently associated energy flows with electrical devices, in particular the Tesla coil. Basically, the electric juice goes from the wall outlet into the coil and it is both changed and amplified and then released in big powerful bursts of lightning.

I feel that the lower Dark energy in my lower body is a bit raw and that as it moves up my spine, it refines and then releases. If a circular flow keeps up, the energy gets stronger and stronger. Theoretically, it gets so strong that one can end up doing Sith lightning.. I say theoretical, of course, because it would take a lot of voltage to have visible Sith lightning (which would usually kill a person wielding it). But I think a person can apply the basic principle and get certain results.

That was interesting. Since that works for you that is best for you. Others may differ but then that is what works for them. I never saw the Earth as evil or dark energy. I associate it with being grounded or level head.

The root chakra is usually associated with the dark side because it is the energies of Kundelini. This chakra is associated with sex and the survival chakra. Now this does not mean that you are wrong the way you saw it. It only means that I have read different books about the subject than you.
