This is a short introduction to Rune Craft. When you first work with runes you meditate on one rune per meditation session for 5 minutes. When you first start to meditate on runes, you start by drawing the rune shape in red and looking at the rune. Then you work up to 20 minutes of meditating. When 20 minutes comes easy you add two more runes for 5 minutes and go up to 20 minutes. The reason for a three rune combination is to direct your spell to desired results. For example you choose; Fehu, Sowillo and Eihwaz. These three together strengthen physic powers and magical will. You can of course just meditate on just one Rune for your own personal meditation. Doing the one Rune will get you the abilities listed on the one Rune. It is like psychic weight lifting. The more you do it the stronger you get. Eventually you want to be able visualize the runes in your head. Most spells are three rune combinations. The only exception to this rule of thumb is the Nideing pole or Revenge curse. The revenge curse is a six rune combination. This is the hardest to visualize and you need to put all your pain, hatred, anger, sadness and the feelings of the injustice that you suffered at the hands of the person you send this curse at. You do not use this curse as a first cause spell. Another words if said person has done nothing to you and you just feel like aggressing on said person, you would not choose this combination of runs because it will backfire on you. The reason a good case is necessary is because this curse is the rune equivalent to the "Avadar Kadavara" in Harry Potter series. This is a serious spell. There are other combinations to choose for things like manipulation and so on. When you have mastered Rune meditation, you then can make the sounds with your Rune or combonations of Runes. Here is where the resonant frequency comes in. You can charge up using a plasma ball if you want to add extra electricity to your natural body electricity.
The Rune Craft I am teaching is based on the “Futhark” by Edred Thorson. There is a companion book that goes with this book called “At The Well Of Wyrd”. This tells you how to do Rune Divination. Another good book on Runes is called “The Book Of Runes” by Ralph Blum. He uses a slightly different set of Runes and is some what different than Thorson’s. Blum adds one unique feature which I like and found interesting which is the Blank Rune. I will quote this Rune from the book because I liked it.
The Blank Rune.
“Blank is the end, blank the beginning. This is the Rune of total trust and should be taken as exciting evidence of your most immediate contact with your own true destiny which, time and again, rises like a phoenix from the ashes of what we call fate.
The Blank Rune can portend a death. But that death is usually symbolic, and may relate to any part of your life as you are living it now. Relinquishing control is the ultimate challenge for the spiritual warrior.
Here the unknowable informs you that it is in motion in your life. In that blankness is held undiluted potential. At the same time both pregnant and empty it comprehends the totality of being, all that is to be actualized. And if, indeed, there are “matters hidden by the gods,” you need only remember: what beckons is the creative power of the unknown.
Drawing the Blank Rune: brings to the surface your deepest fears: will I fail? Will I be abandoned? Will it be taken away? And yet your highest good, your truest possibilities and all your fertile dreams are held within that blankness.
willingness and permitting are what this Rune requires, for how can you exercise control over what is not yet informed? The Blank Rune often calls for no less an act of courage and than the empty-handed leap into the void. Drawing it is a direct test of faith.
The Blank Rune represents the path of Karma-the sum total of your actions and of their consequences. At the same time, this Rune teaches that the very depth of old, Karma shift and evolve as you shift and evolve. Nothing is predestined: The Oracles of your past can become gateways that lead to new beginning.
Whenever you draw the Blank Rune, take heart: no that the work of self change is progressing in your life.”

Rune Craft, in my opinion has the best chance of working because Rune streams are based in electricity and resonant frequency.
