Sensing Your Personal Energy
Sensing & Feeling Your Personal Energy
This is a simple and easy to do exercise for helping you to sense your personal energy which I came up with so I could see how energy sensitive a person was in just a few moments.
The following exercise will help you feel and to increase your sensitivity to your energy.
The length of this exercise is your choice though you should start with fifteen minutes.
Set yourself up as you would for any meditation.
Then hold your left hand in the air.
In front of you just above your lap.
Palm up and relaxed.
With your elbow supported on your leg.
Close your eyes.
Take three long deep breaths.
Relax your thoughts.
Now focus your attention on your left hand and how it feels.
IF a thought other than the focus on your hand presents it's self gently set it aside and tell it I will deal with you later.
How does your hand feel?
If a feeling presents it's self focus on that feeling and see what happens.
Do not (force the feelings) allow them to come in a relaxed way.
Being able to feel your own personal energy in your hand is the first step in feeling the force directly and in all things around you.
