Chi=Energy. As does the Force. And, that is why all of us Force users must constantly be strengthening our Chi power. If you practice Tai Chi this is something you already know... but, it is believed that our Chi is stored in a spot right below the naval. And by simply tapping, very gently tapping, you will awaken that Chi Force. But, before tapping that spot on the temple that is your body, another quick and useful technique is to gently tap the skin on your whole body. This awakens your skin and is a great thing to do first thing in the morning. Wake up your skin and get the blood flowing before training. Do some light stretching and you're ready to begin. There are quite a few training drills that make our Chi stronger, but one I invite you to try (I wanted to put the energy ball, but I believe that is already listed on the board). Start by adjusting your legs so that they are shoulder width apart. At a fairly medium speed move both of your arms from side to side, just like a wave. Just let yourself go. Don't think of anything except for the positive energy coming in and the Chi power that your body is building up. Practice a few times a week for a while, then move up to 5 days a week, then every day, until you're practicing this technique, and others, a few times a day, every day.
